Ashley is AMAZING. A few things that really stand out about her:
1) She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, whether you are a buyer or a seller. Ashley provided a wealth of insight for my situation, and always clearly explained pros/cons, as well as made awesome suggestions.
2) Listened to my preferences! I didn’t even know what I preferred when I started my housing search, but as we looked at more properties, she picked up quickly on my patterns to learn what I gravitated towards. I really REALLY appreciated that.
3) Punctual! Ashley was always at appointments before me. Always on time, always responsive, reliable, and really thorough with everything. That made the process feel so easy.
4) Great network of people to help! Ashley knows the Utah market so well that she also knows a lot of other reliable contacts. For example, she put me in contact with a good handyman, my lender, and was even able to have her business partner let me into a house while she was out of town on vacation. I really think this is a crucial part of the real estate process, and as a client, it removes so much stress and worry.
Lastly, Ashley is just all around strong, fun, and I’ll actually miss going to see houses with her!

Ashley did an absolutely amazing job helping me through buying my first property. I honestly cannot give her and the experience enough praise, and I feel so lucky that she was my realtor. She went above and beyond to make sure I was seeing all listings within my price range and area, and she was always available when I needed her- which is so important in the current market and everything changes by the hour!
She helped me through the process of making an offer and negotiating with the sellers (She actually got me the property for under the asking price and got the sellers to put on a new roof for me!). She was with me every step of the way and always made sure my questions were answered. She is very communicative and ensures you know and understand any deadlines in regard to due diligence and financing-- which I found tremendously valuable, there is a lot to do!
I also have great things to say about the lender she recommended (shout out to City Wide loans! ) and the company used for the home inspection. Her team does not leave a single stone unturned.
